Pasi Tikka has joined Tagore as Managing Director of Business Development. Pasi will be responsible for all Marketing and Business Development activities in Europe and America. With Pasi’s extensive technical and business development experience, he will help accelerate Tagore’s growth by penetrating new customers, developing strong relationships with key customers, forging win-win partnerships, and shaping our innovative technology and product roadmap. Steve Nugent will continue to lead European Sales and work closely with Pasi to accelerate revenue growth.
Pasi has over 25 years of experience in Business Unit management, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Technology, Engineering and Management. After graduating from the renowned Helsinki University of Technology with a Master of Science degree with an emphasis on Physics, Mathematics, and Radio Frequency, Pasi vaulted into the semiconductor market. At TDK, Pasi started his career as a Development Engineer for BAW filters and quickly moved up the career ladder to Strategic Marketing Director after years of successful product development. He then joined Murata and helped grow the European business by heading up the RF Business Unit. Pasi then joined Silanna as VP of Marketing until it was successfully sold to Qualcomm. Pasi served as a Technical and Business Development consultant for Menlo Microelectronics prior to joining Tagore.
